Macrium Reflect 7 was released in February 2017 and had rolling point releases through October 2020. You get updates for free until the next major version is released. It's extremely reliable, well documented and supported, and with a helpful user forum. My money is on Macrium Reflect 8 Home these days. Don't think I even tried that with Windows 7.
